Moshe Feiglin: Best for Right to be in Opposition

Moshe Feiglin wrote the following on his Facebook page after a wave of terror once again hit Israel on Wednesday:

If the Left was in power and every hour or two there was an attempted murder against the Jewish population, the entire Right - its leaders, political parties and youth movements- would be out in the streets protesting.

The political Right has no alternative to Oslo. It would be better if the Right was in the Opposition. At least it would do the one thing it knows how to do ... demonstrate.

Many people have been asking me to revive the Zo Artzeinu organization, which was a major protest force during the Oslo era. But we've already been there and done that. And what did we get?

Netanyahu, with the NRP at his side, who both gave Sharon the votes that he needed to continue down the Oslo path, destroy Gush Katif, turn the Temple Mount into a branch of ISIS and bring us to where we are today. There is no reason for demonstrations if they do not lead to a political alternative. That is what I am currently in the process of building.
